Information Concerning Standards

The European Unification Treaty calls for a uniform standardisation. The uncertainty among consumers and manufacturers resulted in the situation that orders were placed and goods were manufactured predominantly in accordance with invalid standards, and in some cases in accordance with new standards.

This list provides a comparison of national, international and European standards for fasteners. The most common standards for well-known fasteners have been compared.
