“Starting into working life is a big and important step and we set highest priority in education and of course in motivated trainees”, say training officers Claudia Engelhardt and Olaf Kligge when welcoming 8 new trainees at Dresselhaus. Framework conditions are given by and intense introductory phase and a wide-ranging programme. A varied and high standard education programme as well as internal and external training courses plus a good working atmosphere are guaranteed.
Most of the new ones will be educated in wholesale and export trade, whereas one starts his education as an IT specialist.
