The logistic processes behind C-parts must take place with a high level of economic efficiency and security. This applies to both the exchanging and re-filling of containers which are given a fixed label as well as to containers which are transferred to Dresselhaus via a barcode.

In order to report the requirement to Dresselhaus, the following logistics solutions are offered:

: Container scanning
: Containing rotating

Container scanning

Each container on the shelf has an exchangeable label, which is not permanently connected to the container. This label contains all of the information that is necessary to identify the container.

When the last item has been taken from a container, it is placed on a determined collecting point.

All empty containers are recorded with the Dresselhaus UMTS scanner in accordance with a defined cycle. The requirement is then transmitted to Dresselhaus using a wireless link.

Via this system, you of course not only have the opportunity to fill up the stock, but also to increase the stock in a targeted way through ‘multiple scans’.

This data is automatically processed in the Dresselhaus logistics centre to make a new order. The containers are refilled to the same level, provided with new labels and fed to Dresselhaus’ fleet of vehicles.

At the same time, the cycle is closed.

Containing rotating

Each container on the shelf has a label that is permanently attached to the container. This label contains all of the information that is necessary to identify the container.

When the last item has been taken from a container, it is placed on a determined collecting point.

The containers are picked up from Dresselhaus’ own fleet of vehicles in accordance with a defined cycle. The containers are scanned into the Dresselhaus logistics centre and automatically processed to make a new order. The containers are refilled and fed back into the system again.

At the same time, the cycle is closed.
