We have linked our suppliers into our management system, since we know that quality and reliability guarantee customer satisfaction; and in the future, we want our customers to be still processing 50 million Dresselhaus items daily.
Our suppliers are equipped with effective, high performance quality management and quality assurance systems that guarantee their product quality.
In addition, all goods that enter the Dresselhaus facility are subject to sample checks, supported by a computer-aided quality (CAQ) system linked to our stock control system.
Our customers´ trust is so important to us that we go to our performance limits to meet their requirements and quality standards.
